LOW PROFILE SPRAYERS

If you are in need of a quality custom-made sprayer, stop in at Superior Outdoor Power Center and speak with our redmule_lowprosprayer.jpg experienced professionals about your sprayer needs. Superior Industries has just made your life a little easier with the new 100-Gallon Low-Profile Sprayer. The Low-profile gives you 360 degree visibility. The tank has a unique trough system to make sure there is no chemical waste. Boom Buster low-drift nozzles have a 30-ft. spray pattern. You control how you want to spray right, left or both. (you don't have to worry about the boom getting caught when using the nozzles exclusively)

Great when doing fence lines, road sides, creek banks, row crops, large acreages, fire control and much more! Booms can be added to the sprayer in 12-, 18-, 21-, 23- 25-, 28-, or 30-ft. lengths. A commercial quality handgun is standard. This sprayer is on or off the vehicle in just minutes. The design of this tank allows for stability and low movement of the contents - no baffling system is needed!

SKID SPRAYERS

mulesprayer.jpg 50-gallon and 100-gallon skid sprayers fit in Kawasaki Mules, John Deere Gators, Polaris Rangers, Pickup Boxes, etc. complete with adjustable handgun, gauge, agitation, filter, and all necessary plumbing. Available with 4 gpm or 7 gpm Shurflo electric pumps or Honda gas powered centrifugal pump. Choose between  12-, 18-, 21-, 23-, 25-, 28-, or 30-ft. booms and/or low drift Boom Buster and Boom-"I"-Nator nozzles with a spray width up to 30 ft. These skids are designed to center the weight over the rear axle to help the load center on the vehicle.

If you choose the boomless nozzles, you can choose the optional electric cylinders to control the distance of the spray. Each is controlled separately. This will allow you to spray uphill on one side and down hill on the other by just changing the angle of the nozzles.

Additional Sprayer Applications

This is a very agile utility vehicle that turns, rides, accelerates and handles like an ATV with buster nozzles. Note that you have full visibility around the whole machine. No tank blocking your view. All accessories are mounted to it, so removal of the sprayer is in less than one minutes.

This machine is set up with a 12 foot boom. It can be in combination with boom buster nozzles or without. We put up to 30 foot booms on these types of sprayers depending on the type of applications and pumps.

This sprayer is shown with a hose reel, a commercial 4 GPM electric pump, sump in bottom of tank and number 125 boom buster nozzles. The patented boom busters are very unique to the industry. The farther they spray out, the larger the droplet. All other boomless nozzles are just the opposite. Each boom buster nozzle sprays 15 to 17 feet, depending on the pressure, so this set-up would take a 30 foot swath wit both nozzles operating. Using them separately, they’re great for doing fence lines, creek banks, the edge of fields, tree lines, waterways and so on.

This is our most popular type of sprayer used because of its versatility. The 25 gallon rear tank and 16 gallon front tank with dual boom buster nozzles, boom control valves, handgun and 4 gpm pump. 20% of the weight on the rear tank is in front of the rear axle for safety. It also has an internal baffle. All accessories bolt to the tanks, so everything can be removed in less than a minute. All controls are easy to get to.

This is the same sprayer only with a 16 gallon tank on the back instead of a 25 gallon and a hose reel is included on the front of this sprayer.

We have electric actuators installed on this sprayer with the boom busters. Control switches are by the operator to change the angle of the nozzles. Typically they would be used for shorter spray width like a pipeline or fence line or spraying on the side of a steep embankment while driving on the level.

We build this machine for extremely marshy conditions or a lot of river spraying going into unknown territory. This is called our ATV Tracks machine.

This is another type of sprayer that is very common. It carries up to 115 gallons. Suspension is heavier, it has a diesel engine and it is a low profile tank with sump for complete visibility. Above the dash you can see the GPS System, next o the steering wheel. This vehicle has less top speed and is not as nimble, but has a heavier payload.

Same machine but only from the backside. It has a 28-foot boom plus dual boom busters, Honda gas-powered with centrifugal pump. All electric controls are mounted in the dash. Sprayer is set up to be removed from the vehicle in very little time. This sprayer is currently operating in the Kansas City area doing many different types of spraying projects from smaller acreages to larger farms and pastures.

This sprayer has manual controls, 30 feet total spray width and an electric pump on our low profile 100 boom buster.

This is a closer look so you can see how the boom busters set on the machine without actuators.

The owners of this sprayer (Low profile with 440 Controller) wanted to do everything from Boom Busters with actuators, 12 foot folding turf boom, hose reel, foam marker, you name it...it went on.

This is the same machine but pictured from the front looking at the Raven 440 Controller.

We built this vehicle for spraying in and around the Platte River in Nebraska. It has the Razen 203 Controller to run this sprayer.

Here’s a sprayer that we built to the extreme. It travels in up to 15 feet of water and is called the Marsh Master. It takes up to a 55 foot swath, needs 2 people to run the set up, can change nozzle angles from the passenger seat, plus many other functions. Payload could not be above 1200 pounds, so almost everything is built of aluminum.

The Marsh Master is spraying overgrowth in the Platte River channel here with one outside boom buster running.

Here’s the two operator’s controls, overhead monitors for the cameras, 450 Raven controller with actuator switches , Raven Envisio in the middle with the GPS unit. At the end of the day, the 64 Meg card ws pulled and all spraying information can be emailed to a government computer so they know exactly what was and wasn’t sprayed with full layout of the ground.

This is another river sprayer we built that’s following behind the Marsh Master. It’s spray booms are folded down in the transport position.

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife didn’t want some of the trees killed on the bank, so the applicator used is a gun sprayer.
